The idea is to expand the social and gameplay features of the metaverse to the Sandbox metaverse platform.

“The German Sandbox team is a creative powerhouse that is already advancing the gameplay possibilities available to our internal teams and Sandbox creators in general,” said Sebastien Borget, COO of The Sandbox, in a statement. “From adding social features to rules design that creators can use to prototype game logic to implementing powerful multiplayer features, our Hamburg team is leveraging the creative potential of the metaverse.”
