The Destiny 2 Season of Defiance is here, and with it a bunch of ornaments for the new Exotics arriving in Lightfall, as well as the beloved older weapons and armor that might be making a comeback now that Strand has arrived. If you include the stasis bow from the season pass and the exotic from the upcoming Realm of Nightmares raid, there are plenty of new weapons to claim.
That’s not to mention the sparrows, ships, and ghosts on offer, if you want a little Lightfall style and are willing to spend some real cash to buy the silver to acquire them. Anyway, here are all the new Defiance Eververse Season items, as well as all the exotics that arrived with Lightfall, both in the expansion and as part of the season.
Eververse Armor Sets
Unlimited Subversion Pool (Hunter)
Cogent Beat Set (Titan)
Tech set (Warlock)
exotic armor
Facade of Cyrtarachne (Hunter’s Helmet): This exotic helmet gives you braided mail when you use the Strand grapple ability, providing flinch and general resistance to damage – except for being shot in the head.
Speedloader’s Pants (Hunter Legs): Dodging increases reload speed, handling, and aerial effectiveness for you and nearby allies. While active, finishing blows strengthen the buff by up to five stacks.
Swarmers (Warlock Boots): These Warlock Boots spawn Threadlings when you destroy a Strand Tangle, either by shooting one or picking it up and throwing it. Your Threadlings also uncover the targets they dealt damage to.
Ballidorse Wrathweavers (Warlock Gloves): These gloves cause your Stasis Winters Wrath shockwave to deal increased shrapnel damage and give superior shield and increased stasis damage to allies caught in its range.
Cadmus Ridge Lancecap (Titan Helmet): Diamond Lances create Stasis Crystals on impact when thrown, with more crystals created when hitting bosses and vehicles. When using a Stasis subclass behind your rally barricade, quick precision strikes and final blows with a Stasis weapon create Diamond Lances.
Abeyant Jump (Titan Boots): These Titan Boots improve the aspect of Drengr’s Lash Strand, allowing it to spawn two additional lashes when you use a barricade that seeks out targets and suspends them in the air. Hitting targets with the lashes earns you chainmail.
exotic weapons
Verglas Curve (Stasis Arc): Sort of like a Stasis Ticuu Divination, but in reverse. Finishing blows with this bow grant stasis arrows that you can fire at enemies to freeze them and create stasis crystals.
final notice (Strand sidearm): This Strand sidearm can be compared to the smart pistol from Titanfall, where you press the trigger to mark targets and load bullets, before unleashing a barrage of shots. Hitting a marked target with a fully-charged explosion zaps them.
deterministic chaos (Void Machine Gun): This rhythm-based LMG weakens enemies every fourth shot with a round of Heavy Metal. The fourth round of Heavy Metal you fire makes targets volatile on impact.
winterbite (Stasis glaive): This heavy-slot stasis glaive fires an orb of ice that floats over enemies, freezing them. His kinetic melee attack also deals extra damage and slows targets when charged.
